Who is Carter Ritchie?

Carter is a native Virginian with deep roots in Central Virginia. Though born and raised in Western Henrico, he grew up spending weekends sailing out of Jackson Creek in Deltaville and fishing at Trice's Lake in Cumberland. These experiences have contributed to Carter's expertise in Water Properties. His experience in renovating and redeveloping properties began as a youngster. Coming from a family of Real Estate Brokers and Investors, Carter aquired his first Investment Property at the age of 19. His first job as a teenager  in 1984 was working at his family's local Real Estate firm in Property Management. Ever since, hooked on Real Estate, Carter has stayed involved in the Commercial, Multi-Family, and Residential Sales, Property Management, and Investments.

Prior to his career in real estate, Carter worked as an Executive in the Receivables Management and Payment Systems Industry.  After starting and running several successful Virginia based businesses, Carter served as a Professor at J. Sargeant Reynolds teaching at The Center for Entrepreneurial Development.
